Visible responsibility, daily execution.
The value of a management decision is tested when it moves from the table into operations.
A professional heritage built over more than three decades across business and sport — including seventeen years at SSC Napoli — now transferred to owners, boards, clubs, companies and advisors facing growth, value and governance decisions.
The point is not to add theory. It is to shorten the time needed to read a problem correctly, understand the consequences of a choice and build a process that will actually work.
Before sport, more than fifteen years in the luxury industry built a managerial culture grounded in positioning, brand discipline, commercial development and economic accountability. During the final six years before joining SSC Napoli, as Brand Director of a brand within the Richemont Group, responsibility included development and P&L; over that period, the brand’s revenue grew to 16 times its initial level.
That experience was preceded by an earlier but formative one: military service as an artillery officer in an operational unit. A discipline in which study, technical preparation and method are integral to command — understood as the ability to coordinate large, heterogeneous groups, assign responsibility and make decisions in demanding conditions.
Seventeen years at SSC Napoli then concentrated commercial and operating responsibility in a high-intensity environment: revenue, marketing, ticketing, sponsorship, stadium, matchday, fan relations, partnerships and organization.
In recent years, this experience has reached a new point of synthesis through assignments of particular responsibility in governance and the prevention of criminal influence in professional sport: technical consultant to Italy’s National Anti-Mafia and Counter-Terrorism Directorate and court-appointed judicial administrator of FC Crotone, a club placed under judicial administration pursuant to Article 34 of the Italian Anti-Mafia Code. In this field, first-hand knowledge of how clubs operate is combined with risk analysis, control design and the construction of business processes that make organizations more traceable, resilient and governable.
In one sense, this is a point of arrival: recognition of a capability that has often been less visible than the commercial dimension of my career, but has developed throughout it. At the same time, it has become a distinct professional asset, available to clubs, owners, advisors and institutions seeking to prevent infiltration, undue influence and organizational vulnerabilities.
My management approach comes from three very different schools: military command, luxury business and professional sport. Three environments in which preparation, responsibility, reputation and execution are never abstract concepts.
Military service in an operational unit. Training in command grounded in study, technical competence, method, clear allocation of responsibility and coordination of large, heterogeneous groups.
A long career in luxury spanning brand management, positioning, commercial development and economic management.
Responsibility for brand development and P&L. Over six years, revenue grew to sixteen times its initial level.
A path culminating in responsibility for Operations, Sales & Marketing, spanning commercial development, ticketing, sponsorship, licensing, partnerships, stadium, matchday and organizational processes.
Specialist work on professional football and the risk of criminal influence: analysis of processes, identification of vulnerabilities and development of prevention methodologies applicable to sports organizations.
Court-appointed role within the judicial administration ordered under Article 34 of the Italian Anti-Mafia Code. Direct management integrating business continuity, governance, process control and stronger safeguards against the risk of criminal influence.
Focused work on growth choices, value creation and protection, commercial assets, organization, governance and executive priorities.
Turning experience and observation into method, content, teaching and dialogue with the next generation of managers.

The value of a management decision is tested when it moves from the table into operations.

Brand, audience, reputation, assets, processes and relationships are capital to be managed with the same discipline.
Anti-mafia assignments have transformed a capability developed over time into a distinct professional asset: identifying where a sports organization can be influenced and designing processes that materially reduce that exposure.
My work as technical consultant to the National Anti-Mafia and Counter-Terrorism Directorate and as judicial administrator of FC Crotone has required the integration of sector knowledge, behavioral analysis, organizational design and control discipline. Not a theoretical compliance exercise, but the construction of methods, accountability, information flows, verification mechanisms and traceable processes capable of operating under pressure.
This path is both a professional recognition and a new starting point: a specific capability now available to sports organizations, ownership groups, institutions and professional advisors seeking to strengthen their organizational antibodies before a vulnerability becomes a judicial, reputational or business problem.
Which decision actually matters, and which issues are only noise?
Where is economic and reputational value being created, protected or lost?
Which processes must remain effective as pressure and complexity increase?
Who does what, by when, with which responsibilities and checks?
Not a standardized menu of services. Eight areas where operating experience and strategic judgment can affect decisions with concrete consequences.
Priorities, assets, scenarios and decisions that can create, protect or unlock value.
Pricing, ticketing, commercial models, partnerships and new revenue streams considered as one system.
Safeguards, traceability and processes designed to reduce organizational vulnerabilities, opacity and the risk of criminal influence in professional sport.
Stadium and event as operating infrastructure, audience experience and economic platform.
Moving from inventory sales to partnerships built around mutual value.
Roles, accountability and decision flows when growth makes original structures insufficient.
Prepare the organization before a critical issue becomes a reputational or operating cost.
Direct access to senior experience on a specific decision, without unnecessarily heavy consulting structures.
Concise analysis, challenge of assumptions and decision support.
Revenue, stadium, ticketing, partnerships, processes and fan economy inside one design.
Positioning, investment, partnerships and the real drivers of value.
Operating knowledge for assessment, governance, integrity and high-complexity contexts.

LinkedIn is where professional experience and current events become public positions. These are not closed statements, but contributions deliberately exposed to discussion: agreement, criticism, replies and alternative views are part of their value. This section curates a selection while preserving each intervention in its original context — including comments and debate — through the link to the published LinkedIn post.
Procedures, controls and accountability matter only if they remain effective when urgency, convenience and interests diverge.
Brand, audience, stadium, data, partnerships, reputation and organization are assets. The challenge is to manage them as such.
Deciding often means acting before every variable is known. Experience helps distinguish what is missing from what actually matters.

Bring real problems, cases, economics and organizational tensions into the classroom and public discussion.

In high-intensity environments, listening quality, stakeholder reading and understanding consequences are part of the decision itself.
That is why the work starts from the problem, not from a pre-packaged product. A small number of questions, examined deeply, with clear accountability and usable outcomes.
For selected advisory assignments, strategic assessments, governance, value growth and projects where operating experience can compress decision time and risk.
